Description
Dr. Kathy Fosnaugh is a family medicine physician with a broad skill set and a passion for serving rural communities. She joined Cascade Medical part-time in 2017 and transitioned to full-time in 2018. Dr. Fosnaugh grew up in the Okanogan Valley and graduated from Central Washington University with a BS in Biology. She earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. She completed her family medicine residency at Central Washington Family Medicine’s Rural Training Tract in Ellensburg, where she also served as Chief Resident. During her training, Dr. Fosnaugh received recognition for community service, excellence in osteopathic principles and practices, and for her advocacy for rural and underserved patients at the state and national levels. She is dually boarded in osteopathic (ABOFP) and allopathic family medicine (ABFM).
