not a warm fuzzy

In past years we have always enjoyed our visit to Prey's. This year we were disappointed that there was NO sample table of apples for testing.. The selection of apples for boxing seemed much reduced. But the most annoying aspect was the woman who was waiting on us. She was VERY curt and almost seemed distrustful. When I asked for a magic marker to dilstinguish my apple varieties, she handed me the marker and said "I will keep the lid for this" as if I would make off with her expensive marker. She dealt with us in a curt and brusk manner that left us feeling like we just wanted to leave..... Never mind the pretty autumn decor.... her attitude overroad all that autumn joy we were hoping to experience as we did many years past. We might not want to try to give them another go.
